Canada Post Strike

A Canada Post strike was launched on September 25, 2025. We are closely monitoring the situation and taking proactive steps to ensure minimum disruption to our customers.

During a postal service disruption, mail deliveries, including paper statements, for your Meadow Lake Co-op account will be delayed.

As a reminder, even during a postal disruption, as an account holder you remain responsible to make your monthly payment on your Meadow Lake Co-op accounts.

Here’s what you need to know and how to stay prepared:

Paper statement delays

During a postal disruption, paper statements will not be delivered.
You can enroll to receive eStatements by calling 306-236-5678 or emailing admin@meadowlake.crs to update your account preferences.

Managing payments during a postal disruption

If you wish to confirm your account balance please call our Administration Office 306-236-5678.

Paper statement delivery will resume once postal service is fully restored. Delays are to be expected once service resumes.

How to make a payment:

• Online Banking: You’re able to make a payment to your account with your online banking bill payment platform.

• eTransfer: send eTransfers to admin@meadowlake.crs please include your Meadow Lake Co-op member number in the memo section.

• In Branch: Payments can be made at any Meadow Lake Co-op location, including our three branch locations in Goodsoil, Ile a la Crosse, and Buffalo Narrows.
